What does your publishing team need to organize now?

Choose modules for your university press, commercial publisher or imprint. Compare what each area handles and bring your priorities to the demo.

Follow book production

Review stages, owners, deadlines and documents. Compare a book’s budget and actual costs, separately from store orders.

Run your own sales channel

Review orders, payment states and stock for your publishing business. The store uses the editorial website; payment methods and scope are agreed during implementation.

Explore the platform and its screens

Start with the catalog you already have

  1. Define your workflow and scope

Tell us which systems, spreadsheets and channels your team uses. The proposal defines modules, available integrations and what will be configured for your press.

  2. Prepare and review your books

In the Catalog module, download the spreadsheet template, import up to 200 books per file and review the report before confirming. New titles start as drafts; covers and files are added to each record.

  3. Review before publishing

If the website is in scope, configure its domain and identity and preview pages on different screen sizes. Authorized team members decide when to publish.

Before choosing a system for your publishing team

Do we need every module?

No. Your press chooses the areas it needs. Modules have their own workflows; connections depend on the modules contracted and integrations agreed during implementation.

How does pricing work?

Plans are tailored to your publishing operation. The proposal reflects the scope; the demo is a chance to discuss your team’s needs. The website does not publish prices.

Does Papaya replace our existing ERP?

Compare the scope before deciding. Book production and costs, catalog, website, reading and your own sales channel serve specific purposes. Tax features, consignment, payouts and integrations must be checked with the team; do not assume everything is included.

What will we see in the demo?

The conversation starts with your workflow and the areas you want to explore. Use the tour to see screens and prepare questions about imports, permissions and implementation. Timelines and scope are agreed in the proposal.
